HOW TO MAKE YOUR TEETH 'SNOW WHITE'

It is becoming a craze to smile with white teeth and yellowish teeth are out. Look around you and see a lot of people are showing that perfect smile with a perfectly white teeth. It does look good when smiling and showing white teeth, like one is so healthy perfect. Are you ready to be one of them?  Try this and see it yourself---

HOW TO MAKE YOUR TEETH 'SNOW WHITE'

Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one
Teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, half teaspoon water and thoroughly mix. Then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

Someone posted this online and must be enjoying snow white teeth. However, some people are cautious and want to know if it is poisonous or dangerous to health. And that is a good question to ask and I would be too. But who really knows the answer?  One thing to remember is never shallow any of the mix, just for safety measures. And nobody can really tell how long it will take to reach one’s goal of whitening teeth because each set of teeth has gone through different stages of staining.

According to the one who posted this recipe, there is also a possibility that teeth might become sensitive over time but will be whiter! You weigh the pros and cons before doing this as we all are different from each other. Sometimes, it may work with some but would not for others. I personally confirm that after using the baking soda and peroxide mix for a year, my teeth stains were gone but still do not look real white. Sometimes, I uses plain baking soda and water to brush teeth, cautious it might be abrasive if use in a long time.

One dentist warns that hydrogen peroxide used on a daily basis will kill both the good and bad bacteria in your mouth, which can create other problems. The advice is to do it no more than three times a week, and it should be ok.

Ashlie who’s been been whitening teeth for 7 years now is happy with it, saying to never do it in excessive amount to avoid problems. Just be smart and enjoy a whiter smile
As there is a possibility hydrogen peroxide burns your gums at even low % levels in a controlled environment and become sensitive.
